8-foot long Burmese python rescued from a tea garden in Rajganj

Rajganj, 23rd February: An 8-foot long Burmese python was rescued from a tea garden in Sannyasipara, Rajganj.


It has been learned that while working in the tea garden, local women spotted the python in a bush near the Karatoya river. The local environmentalists were informed following which they reached the spot, rescued the python, and handed it over to the Belakoba Forest Department.
