Rajganj, 02nd April: In a recent development, 160 families joined Trinamool Congress (TMC) from several other parties through a ‘Yogdan Sabha’ and ‘Patha Sabha’ organised at Lalschool Balabari area of Sannyasikata Gram Panchayat under Rajganj Block.
Reportedly, on Tuesday, 160 families, numbering about 480 individuals joined TMC by extending support to the Jalpaiguri district TMC President Mahua Gope and Rajganj MLA Khageswar Roy.
The Sabha witnessed the presence of Rajganj Block TMC President Arindam Banerjee, Rajganj Block TMYC President Tushar Dutta, Sannyasikata Anchal Sabhapati Roushan Habib, Gram Panchayat Pradhan Ruba Khannum, Ranbir Majumdar, Sunil Sarkar and other public representatives.
