Naxalbari, 15th March: A total of 111 applicants have received the land pattas (lease) after applying in the Duare Sarkar camp. On Friday, the block administration has handed over the leases to landless individuals residing on government land at various places under the Naxalbari block.
According to reports, on this day about 111 individulas received lease papers through a program at Naxalbari Community Hall. During this, Naxalbari Panchayat Samiti President Anand Ghosh, Naxalbari BDO Pranab Chatraj, Naxalbari BLRO Biplab Haldar and others were present.
In this regard, Naxalbari Panchayat Samiti President Anand Ghosh stated that the lease is being provided every month. He added that other lease applicants would also receive their rights in the coming days.
