Chopra, 17th July: A young woman was found hanging from a noose in her house in Subhas Pally under Sonapur Gram Panchayat of Chopra block.
According to local sources, the deceased’s mother went to check on her daughter this morning, after she failed to respond to her calls. When the woman’s mother opened the door, she found her daughter hanging from the noose.
Upon receiving, the police reached the spot and recovered the body and sent it to Islampur sub-divisional hospital for post-mortem. Chopra Police have started an investigation into the whole matter.
