Services activated after 8 days of agitation

Siliguri, 18 June (Bappa Ghosh): After eight days of continuous agitation by the doctors, the patients of North Bengal Medical College-Hospital and their family members heaved a sigh of relief. The indoor services of the hospital have finally been activated. Doctors of the outdoor section, medicine ward and other sections have also resumed their duties.

The patients have thanked the Chief Minister for fulfilling the demands of the doctors. The Superintendent of North Bengal Medical College-Hospital, Kaushik Samaajdar, told that the Chief Minister has agreed to fulfil the demands of the doctors and the services being activated is good news.
