The Legislator of Rajganj, Khageshwar Roy, has been elected as the new Trinamool Congress Chairman of Jalpaiguri District.
The Trinamool Congress Workers greeted him warmly with a bouquet of flowers when he returned to Siliguri from Kolkata, today.
