Missing Madhyamik Student Rescued From Coochbehar

A student who had reportedly been missing from Ghatal of West Medinipur was rescued from the Coochbehar station.

The student has been recognized as Sujit Bayen, a resident of West Medinipur. On Tuesday night, the police spotted him while he was roaming on the Coochbehar station in suspicious condition.

On being interrogated, Sujit revealed that he is a Madhyamik student and he does not know how he reached there. Sujit shared that he was going to appear in the exam when he found that he had left the admit card at his residence.

Sujit took the admit card and requested a maruti driver to help him in reaching the exam centre. The man agreed to help, but he turned the car towards an unknown place instead of heading to the exam centre.

Sujit does not remember what happened after the incident and how he reached the station. The police notified Sujit’s family about the incident and he will be reunited with his family today.
