Kids Flee From Kurseong’s School, Found In Navgachiya

Five kids who had fled from their school in Kurseong were found in Navgachiya by the GRP. As per sources, the children’s families have been informed and the five are currently with the Child Line. 

The five children have been identified as Bihar’s Nalanda residents named Satyam Kumar and Ronny Prasad, Motihaari’s Sachin Kumar, Darjeeling’s Jyotan Rai and Anak Ghosh from Kishanganj. They are students of Class 9 and had run away from their school in Kurseong. 

The GRP and the RPF had been alert ever since they had received the news. The children were first spotted at the Shemapur Station; following which the RPF and GRP was informed. The RPF reached and conducted a search operation in the station premises before finding the five kids.
