Indian Ambassador Reviews SSB Camp Of Kharibari’s Bhatgaon

Indian Ambassador for Nepal, Manjit Singh Puri visited the Bhatgaon SSB camp of 19th Battalion to review the construction work of the bridge over the Mechi River today. Commandant of 19th Battalion, A. Thanvi welcomed the Indian Ambassador by offering bouquet.

Nepal’s Custom Officer Tek Bahadur Aryal, CDO Krishna Chandra Porel, Mayor of Bhadrapur Jiwan Kumar Shrestha and Bandhu Karki were also present along with the Indian Ambassador.

SSB’s ACP L. N. Raju, Inspector Mrityunjay Kumar, Galgalia’s Custom Inspector Madhav Kumar, Bhatgaon Camp’s In-charge Lalit Mohan and other officials were also present during the time.

Manjit Singh Puri took stock of the construct work of the bridge and shared that the connectivity between the Indo-Nepal border will improve through the bridge. He also spoke about the ongoing projects in the areas including Nepal, Viratnagar, Virganj, Kakarbhitta.

Manjit Singh Puri appreciated the work of SSB, Custom Officials and the Mayor of Bhadrapur.
