Demand for increase in rent of vehicles, memorandum sent to Chief Minister

A protest for demand in increase in the fares of vehicles has been made, due to which a memorandum has been sent to the Chief Minister of the state through district magistrate on behalf of Coochbehar District Private Traveler Coordination Committee.


Protests were held on behalf of the committee in front of the office of Coochbehar district headquarters.

The organizer of the organization, Anupam Adhikari said that the said memorandum has been given in the demand of one rupee increase in the lowest fare of 10 rupees per kilometer. If the demand is not met, then the matter of fasting is told by the organization.
