Siliguri, 29th October: Under the leadership of the Darjeeling District TMC President Ranjan Sarkar, the TMC councillors of 47 wards under Siliguri Municipal Corporation celebrated Bhai Phonta with the elderly people of an old-age home named Naba Basanta.
Ranjan Sarkar said that he would spend all day with the people of the old age home and enjoy with them.
