West Bengal’s Chief Minister, Mamata Banerjee, will be reaching Siliguri today to mark the start of her two-day tour of North Bengal.
She will be arriving at Bagdogra via flight at 3 o’ clock in the afternoon. She will be heading straight to the mini-state secretariat, Uttar Kanya- where she plans to stay the night.
On Tuesday, the Chief Minister will be addressing a public meeting first at North Dinajpur District and then at Sonapur. She will be returning to Uttar Kanya after the meetings.
On Wednesday, she will be meeting with the Travel Development Department in Uttar Kanya. Birsa Tirkey will also be present in the meeting.
The Chief Minister will leave for Kolkata on Wednesday.
