New Delhi, 24th October: The results of the Maharashtra and Haryana assembly elections are pretty clear. The alliance between BJP and Shiv Sena in Maharashtra seems fully prepared to return to power with a majority, but the BJP has suffered a setback in Haryana.
BJP is still far from gaining a majority in Haryana. Meanwhile, Congress and JJP will be looking to form a government together. However, Congress and JJP are awaiting the full results of the elections. Maharashtra has a total of 288 assembly seats while Haryana has a total of 90 assembly seats.
