Indian Cricket Control Board (BCCI) has announced the Indian team for the ICC World Cup-2019 today.
In this team, captain Virat Kohli, vice-captain Rohit Sharma, Shikhar Dhawan, K.L. Rahul, Vijay Shankar, Mahendra Singh Dhoni, Kedar Jadhav, Dinesh Karthik, Yujwendra Chahal, Kuldeep Yadav, Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Hardik Pandya, Ravindra Jadeja, Jaspreet Bumrah and Mohammed Shami have been included.
At the same time, Rishabh Pant and Ambati Rayudu have not been able to find a place in the team.
The World Cup will be held in England from May 30, for which the 15-member Indian team has been announced on Monday. It is worth mentioning that in England itself, India had won the World Cup title in 1983 under the captaincy of Kapil Dev for the first time. For the second time India had won the World Cup in 2011 under captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni's captaincy.
