Jalpaiguri, 16th January: Sensation prevailed after the body of a youth was recovered from the Rajbari Dighi area in Jalpaiguri. The deceased has been identified as Anshuman Das (34), a resident of Mohanta Para.
As per the locals, they found Anshuman’s body near a pond this morning. Upon receiving the news, the police reached the spot and recovered the body and sent it for postmortem. The police are investigating the case.
